If an organization has given you an upload link, or offers **Send documents** on its website, you can use it to send documents such as test results, reports or forms securely. You don't need a MeetOne account for this.

## How to send your documents

1. Open the upload link you received, or choose **Send documents** in the widget on the organization's website.
2. Enter your **First name**, **Last name** and **Email address**. Under **Message to the recipient**, you can optionally explain briefly what it's about.
3. Click **Request code**. You'll receive an email with a 6-digit confirmation code.
4. Enter the code and click **Confirm**. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
5. Select your files – up to 10 files, each up to 25 MB, as PDF or image (JPG, PNG or WEBP).
6. Click **Send securely**.

You'll then see a confirmation listing the files you sent and receive a confirmation of receipt by email. **Send more documents** starts the process again: you enter your details again and confirm your email address again with a code.

> **Note**
>
> Your documents are transmitted and stored encrypted. Only upload documents that are relevant to your request.

## Troubleshooting

- **Didn't receive a code?** Check your spam folder and whether your email address is spelled correctly. Use **Use a different email address** to correct it.
- **Code wrong or expired?** A code is valid for 10 minutes. For a new one, choose **Use a different email address**, enter your details again and click **Request code**. After 5 incorrect attempts, access for that email address is locked; the lock ends by itself after about one to two days – until then, please contact the organization directly. If too many codes were requested for your address today, try again tomorrow.
- **A file isn't accepted?** Check its format and size. Word documents and other office files aren't accepted – save them as PDF first.
- **Seeing "Link not found" or "Upload currently not possible"?** The link is no longer valid, or the organization isn't accepting documents right now. Ask the organization for a current link.
- **Back on the first page?** After confirming the code, you have 30 minutes to upload, and the confirmation only applies to the internet connection you entered the code on. If it took longer, or your device switched connections in between (for example from Wi-Fi to mobile data), simply request a new code.
