On the Appearance page you adapt MeetOne to your organization's look: text, surface and button colors, the colors of notifications, and the shape of cards, input fields and buttons. A preview shows every change right away.

Prerequisites

  • You are an organization owner. The colors apply to the whole organization.
  • Custom colors are enabled for your organization. Only then does the Appearance menu item appear in the organization area.

Turn on your own colors

  1. Open Organization › Appearance.
  2. In the Colours card, turn on the Own colours switch. The settings open below it, and the Preview card appears.
  3. Adjust colors and shapes. Pick each color from the color swatch, or enter it as a six-digit hex value, for example #1A73E8.
  4. Click Save. Once Appearance updated successfully appears, the page itself already shows your new colors.

The Preview also shows unsaved changes – buttons, the side navigation, cards, input fields, a dark surface and the four notification types. Nothing changes for your team or for participants until you save.

What you can set

The settings are grouped into four sections:

Section Settings
General Primary (text), Secondary (muted text), Surface, Dark surface, Border
Shape Card radius style and Control shape (each Rounded or Square), Button shape (Rounded, Pill or Square)
Buttons Highlight, Highlight on dark surfaces, Primary button color, Secondary button, Tertiary button, Text on highlight and button
Attention Success, Error, Warning, Info – the colors of success, error, warning and info messages

MeetOne picks the text color on Dark surface, Secondary button and Tertiary button automatically: Primary (text) or Text on highlight and button, whichever reads better on that fill.

Keep text readable

Below some color fields, a hint appears as soon as a text is harder to read on its background than recommended – for example "Contrast with Highlight is 3.2:1, below the recommended 4.5:1." The checks cover:

  • Text on highlight and button on Highlight and on the Primary button color,
  • Highlight on dark surfaces on the Dark surface,
  • the text on Dark surface, Secondary button and Tertiary button.

The hint is a recommendation; you can still save. Choose colors that make the hint disappear, though – then everyone who uses your pages can read the text comfortably.

Where your colors appear

Saved colors apply to your organization's pages – for your team as well as for participants, for example when booking online and in the video appointment – and to the emails MeetOne sends for your organization.

Not part of the appearance settings:

Reset and turn off

  • Reset to defaults sets every field back to its default value. It is only stored once you click Save.
  • Turn off Own colours and click Save, and your organization returns to the default design.

Turning it off discards your own colors. If you turn it on again later, you start from the default values. Write down the hex values first if you still need them.

Troubleshooting

  • The Appearance menu item is missing. Only organization owners see the page, and only when custom colors are enabled for your organization. Contact our support to have it enabled.
  • Instead of the switch, the page says "The organization's design is managed by your provider." A fixed design was set up for your organization, which you cannot change here. We make changes to it for you on request.
  • A color suddenly turned black. A hex value that does not have six digits, such as the short form #FFF, is taken as black (#000000). Enter the full value, here #FFFFFF.
