As an organization owner, you set your organization's logo yourself. Further branding is set up together with MeetOne.

  1. Open Organization > Account.
  2. In the Logo section, click Add logo (or Change if a logo is already set).
  3. Choose an image file (PNG or JPEG) or drag it into the window, then adjust the crop.
  4. Save with Save logo.

The logo is shown on your organization's appointment booking and appointment request pages. Use Remove logo to delete it again.

Further branding

Full white-labeling — a custom color scheme throughout the whole application, a custom domain, or an individually configured setup for your organization — is set up together with MeetOne; it isn't currently a self-service option in your account. Contact our support at support@meetone.io to arrange this.

Troubleshooting

  • My logo isn't showing. Check that the file is a PNG or JPEG, and save the upload again.
  • I'd like further customization (colors, a custom domain). We set these up for you — contact our support.
