Participants can submit appointment requests directly through a link or an embedded form on your own website – without signing in to MeetOne first.

Prerequisites

  • This feature is available under Integrations in the sidebar, if enabled for your account.
  • For how to confirm incoming requests afterwards, see Manage appointment requests.
  1. Open Integrations in the sidebar and click Appointment requests.
  2. Under Appointment Request — Direct Form Link, you'll find your personal form URL. Use Open form in new tab to see what the form looks like for participants.
  3. You can share this link directly – for example in your email signature, on your social media profiles, or in an appointment confirmation. No website of your own is required for this.
  4. If you'd rather show the form directly on your own website, you'll find the matching HTML code below under Appointment Request — iFrame Integration. Hand this code to your web developer – the technical details for embedding it are covered in our developer documentation: Embed the Appointment Booking Form.

Your web developer can match the embedded form's colors to your website's design. The relevant parameters are explained in the developer documentation.

What participants see in the form

Through the link or the embedded form, participants can:

  • enter their personal information (name, email address, phone number)
  • select up to four preferred time slots
  • add an optional message for you
  • accept the privacy policy and submit the request

Depending on your organization's configuration, a separate consent declaration may also be shown, which participants must accept before submitting.

Personalizing the form header

Using the Form Header card on the same page, you can add your profile photo and a personal greeting shown at the top of the form. This customization automatically applies to an online booking form as well, if that's also enabled for you.

After submission

As soon as a request comes in, you'll receive an email notification, and the request appears in your account for confirmation. No appointment is created yet – you handle that in the next step, see Manage appointment requests.

If direct online appointment booking is also enabled for you, you'll find a similar link and iframe code under Integrations › Appointment booking. With that option, participants pick a real open slot from your planner directly, instead of only submitting a request.

Common issues

  • I can't find the Integrations menu item. This feature needs to be enabled for your account. Contact your organization administration or our support team.
  • The embedded form appears blank or doesn't show up. Have your web developer check that the link was copied correctly and that the website's own Content Security Policy isn't blocking the embed.
