After your initial setup, you can update your profile at any time. This article covers every section of the profile in detail.

Prerequisites

How to open your profile

Open your account menu in the top right and select Profile. The page shows several sections you can expand, edit and save individually.

Personal data

Here you edit your title, first name, further first names, last name, biological sex and date of birth.

Practice data

Here you edit your practice (full name) and practice address: street, house number, postal code, city and country.

If MeetOne suggests a corrected address when you save, review the suggestion and accept it if it's correct.

Occupational information

Here you enter your professional title, your billing number LANR or BAN, and your institutional number (Betriebstättennr.).

Phone

Here you enter your mobile number and landline number.

Profile photo

Upload a profile photo in JPEG, PNG or TIFF format (up to about 2 MB). You can crop the image before saving. Your profile photo is shown to participants, for example when choosing a doctor for online booking and in your messages to them.

Credentials: changing your email address

Under Credentials, you change the email address you sign in with. After saving, you'll receive a confirmation email at the new address with a link you need to click within a few days. Only then does the new address become active. For security, a notification is also sent to your previous address.

You don't change your password here: MeetOne has no in-account form for it. Instead, use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page – this also works if you still know your current password. See Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it for details.

Common issues

  • My new email address isn't active yet. Check your inbox (including spam) for the confirmation email and click the link within the given time frame.
  • My profile photo won't upload. Use a JPEG, PNG or TIFF file of about 2 MB or less.
  • My address isn't accepted. Check the spelling and house number, or accept the suggested correction.
