The first time you log in, MeetOne guides you through a short setup wizard so your profile is complete before you take appointments.

  • A confirmed MeetOne account

How to complete the setup wizard

  1. On the first page, enter your title, first name, optional further first names and last name. Your email address is already filled in and cannot be changed here. Click Continue.
  2. On the second page, choose your biological sex and date of birth. Click Continue.
  3. On the last page, enter your practice (full name) together with street, house number, postal code, city and country. Click Finish.

You are then taken directly to your overview.

If MeetOne suggests a correction while saving your address, review the suggestion and accept it if it's correct. This ensures your organization address later appears correctly on appointment documents.

Add further details later

The setup wizard only covers the essentials. In your profile you can add or change further information at any time:

  • Credentials: your login email address
  • Phone: mobile and landline number
  • Occupational information: professional title, billing numbers (e.g. LANR/BAN, practice site number) and your professional health card – where relevant for your profession, card

You can reach your profile from the account menu in the top right.

Common issues

  • My address isn't accepted. Check the spelling and house number, or accept the suggested correction.
  • I can't change my email address in the setup wizard. That's expected – change your email address later under Credentials in your profile.
