If you can't remember your password, you can reset it at any time using a link we send to your email address.

How to reset your password

  1. Open the sign-in page. If you normally sign in with an emailed link, click Sign-in with password first.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address and confirm with Send password reset email.
  4. Check your inbox. If an account exists for that address, you'll receive an email with a reset link.
  5. Click the link in the email within 20 minutes. After that, it's no longer valid.
  6. Enter a new password and confirm it. It must be at least 12 characters long and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
  7. Click Reset your password now. You'll be redirected to the sign-in page and can sign in with your new password.

For security reasons, we always show the same confirmation once you've submitted an email address, whether or not an account exists for it. If no email arrives, first check that the address was correct and that it belongs to your MeetOne account.

Troubleshooting

Email doesn't arrive - Check your spam or junk folder. - Make sure you used the email address on your MeetOne account. - Request the link again via Forgot your password?

The link no longer works - Reset links are only valid for 20 minutes. Simply request a new one once it has expired.

I normally sign in with an emailed link and I'm not sure I have a password - If you normally sign in with an emailed link, you don't need a password for that. In that case, just use the standard sign-in with an emailed link on the sign-in page.
