This article explains how you get a MeetOne account and how to sign in again afterwards, any time you need to.
Prerequisites
- A valid email address on file with your organization
How your participant account is created
Usually your organization creates your participant account for you — for example when you register as a participant or schedule your first appointment. You'll then receive an email with a link you can use to sign in for the first time.
Some organizations also offer online self-registration, where you create your own account while booking your first appointment. Check your organization's booking page to see whether this is available to you.
Signing in with a login link
The default way to sign in doesn't need a password:
- Open the sign-in page and enter your email address.
- Click Sign-in.
- You'll be asked to check your email. Open the new message and click the link inside it.
- You'll be signed in automatically.
The link is only valid for a limited time and can only be used once. If it has expired, simply request a new one from the sign-in page.
Signing in with a password
If a password has been set up for your account, you can sign in with it instead:
- On the sign-in page, click Sign-in with password.
- Enter your email address and your password.
- Click Sign-in.
If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link on that page.
Common problems
- Didn't receive the login link email? Check your spam folder and make sure your organization has the correct email address on file for you.
- Link no longer works? Login links are time-limited and can only be used once. Request a new one from the sign-in page.
- Don't have an account yet? Contact your organization so they can register you as a participant, or check whether their booking page offers online self-registration.
