To join a video appointment you only need your join link, an up-to-date browser and a few minutes of preparation.

Prerequisites

  • Your join link (the "Join appointment" button in your appointment email) or access to your appointments overview
  • A device with a camera and microphone (computer, smartphone or tablet)
  • A stable internet connection

How to join

  1. Open the Join appointment button from your appointment email, or open your appointments overview and click Start appointment. The button becomes active 2 hours before the scheduled time.
  2. Allow access to your camera and microphone when your browser asks.
  3. Check the preview to make sure your camera and microphone work, then click Join now.
  4. If a waiting room is enabled for your appointment, wait a moment – your professional will let you in once they're ready.

There is nothing to install: the video appointment runs directly in your browser.

Common problems

  • No camera/microphone prompt? Check your browser's site settings and reload the page.
  • Black screen? Close other applications that may be using your camera.
  • "Start appointment" button not responding? It only unlocks 2 hours before the scheduled time.
