Instead of signing prescriptions one at a time, you can bundle several unsigned prescriptions into a single signing pass. As with individual signing, these are private prescriptions signed with a qualified electronic signature (QES).
Prerequisites
- The prescription feature must be enabled for your account.
- Signing is reserved for doctors; medical assistants can prepare prescriptions but cannot sign them.
Request a signature batch
- Open your prescriptions overview and switch to the Signatures tab.
- Click Request a signature.
All of your unsigned prescriptions are automatically bundled into one shared signing request.
You can sign up to 50 prescriptions together per signing request. If you have more unsigned prescriptions, sign the rest in a second batch afterwards.
You can only have one signing request open at a time. Complete or cancel a request in progress before starting a new one.
Identity verification the first time
The first time you use electronic signing, you must complete a one-time identity check with a valid ID document. Follow the instructions in the dialog before your first signing.
Sign the prescriptions
- Click Sign now to go to the signing step.
- Follow the signing provider's steps to confirm your qualified electronic signature.
Once signing succeeds, each prescription in the batch is marked as signed individually, and a separate signed PDF is generated for each one. Your patients then find their prescriptions as usual in their MeetOne account.
Common problems
- I can't request a new signing batch. You already have an active or in-progress request — complete or cancel it first.
- I have more than 50 unsigned prescriptions. Sign the first 50, then start another signing request for the rest.
- The signature fails. Sign in again and restart the signing process. If the problem persists, contact us.
