How an appointment comes into being in MeetOne depends on whether you're a participant or a professional.
For participants
You book your appointment via your organization's booking link or directly in your participant portal – you choose the appointment type and an available time yourself. See the full guide at Book an appointment online.
For professionals and organizations
You create the appointment yourself for your participant, for example directly from the participant's profile. MeetOne then notifies the participant by email. See the full guide at Create an appointment for a participant.
Once an appointment is created, it appears in both parties' appointment overview – including the link to the video appointment.
