MeetOne video appointments use a direct connection between participants and automatically adapt to the available bandwidth. A stable Wi-Fi connection, or a wired connection where possible, is recommended. Mobile connections (4G/LTE, 5G) work but may be less stable.
Corporate and clinic networks
Some firewalls block video connections. If this happens, ask your IT department to allow WebRTC traffic (UDP/ICE/STUN/TURN) for your organization's MeetOne address.
