If you're expecting an electronic prescription from your practice but can't find it, check the following points first.
Whether your practice issues electronic prescriptions through MeetOne depends on your practice's setup.
Check the email notification
Once your practice has signed a prescription, you receive an email with a link to your prescription in MeetOne.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure the email address on your account is correct and verified.
- Note that the email contains a link to your prescription, not the prescription file itself — you view and download the prescription directly in your MeetOne account.
Find your prescription in your account
- Sign in to your MeetOne account.
- Open Prescriptions in the menu.
- The "Your prescriptions" page lists every prescription issued to you.
New prescriptions also show up as a notice on your home page once they're signed.
When to contact your practice
- If you're not sure whether the doctor has finished and signed the prescription yet.
- If the details on the prescription don't match your appointment or treatment.
- If you need a follow-up prescription or a refill.
When to contact support
- If your practice confirms the prescription was issued, but it still doesn't appear in your account.
- If you can see the prescription but can't open or download it.
