Contact list, new appointment durations and improved calendar sync

This update saves time when creating appointments and makes sure appointments reliably reach your calendar.

Internal contact list for appointments

• Everyone you recently created an appointment for is saved automatically in a contact list.
• Create new appointments faster – no need to enter contact details again.
• The list updates itself with every new appointment.

New appointment durations

• Longer sessions are now possible: 90 and 120 minutes.
• More flexible planning for in-depth sessions and consultations.

Improved calendar integration

• Appointments now show up reliably in your calendar.
• You are now the organizer of the appointments – no longer MeetOne.
• Better compatibility with all calendar applications.

Clearer sign-in email

• The sign-in email has been revised and is now more concise.
• It is the first step of a revision of all emails for more clarity.

New integrations page for appointment requests

• The integrations page is available directly from your profile picture menu.
• It contains detailed instructions for using appointment requests.
• Participants can suggest available time slots – you confirm the appointment with one click.
• Embedding on your website works via iframe; everything you need for the setup is on the integrations page.
