To start 2026, this update brings organization management for teams, selectable video quality and many improvements around appointments.
Organizations for teams
- Manage your team as an organization with several users.
- Add or remove team members.
- Every team member gets their own booking URL on the integrations page.
- Legal documents (DPA, TOMs, subprocessors) are available directly.
The feature is enabled depending on the configuration of your account. Set up your organization and Invite and manage team members show how to get started.
Selectable video quality
- Adjust the video quality: SD, HD or Full HD.
- On a weak internet connection, simply switch to a lower quality.
- New connection quality indicator during the call.
Audio improvements
- Choose your preferred audio output device, for example headphones or speakers.
- Improved audio quality on iOS devices.
Improved iOS support
- On iPad and iPhone, screen sharing now shows clear notes when the feature is not supported there.
Hide your own video
- Hide your own video image during the call – less distraction, full focus on the person you are talking to.
- A picture-in-picture mode lets you work in parallel.
Creating appointments made even easier
- Redesigned form for faster and more intuitive appointment creation.
- The Create new appointment button is now visible on all appointment overviews.
- Add additional participants to appointments – ideal for relatives or interpreters. See Invite additional participants to an appointment.
- Real-time display: see directly in the appointment overview who is already online.
- Appointments now show the practice name from your practice data instead of the professional's name.
- Room access codes are included directly in appointment emails and calendar entries.
- Shorter, more readable room links (for example
bcf-ghj-kmn).
Improved appointment emails
- Clearer wording in all appointment notifications.
Upload a profile picture
- Upload a profile picture directly from your profile, with a new upload dialog for professionals and participants. See Manage your profile, practice data and photo.
Sign-in with Azure Entra ID (Enterprise)
- Signing in via Microsoft Azure Entra ID is now possible.
- Easy integration into existing corporate structures. See Set up single sign-on with Azure Entra ID.
Redesigned admin area (Enterprise)
- The admin area has been completely redesigned.
- New features such as bulk actions, for example deleting several entries at once.
- Consolidated overview pages for more efficient administration.
