In MeetOne, an organization groups multiple practitioners and medical assistants under one shared account — for example, an organization or clinic with several staff members. This article shows you how to maintain your organization's core details and where to find the other settings.

Organizations are a feature that must be enabled for your account, depending on your configuration. If the Organization menu item is not visible in your sidebar, contact your MeetOne representative.

Prerequisites

  • Your organization has already been created for you, for example as part of your MeetOne onboarding.
  • You are set as an organization owner — only organization owners see an organization's management areas. More on this in Understand roles and permissions.

Maintain your core details

  1. Open Organization > Account in the sidebar.
  2. Under Core details, review and update the Facility name, optionally the Carrier / association, and the address (Street, Street number, Zip code, City, Country).
  3. Add the organization's contact details (First name, Last name, Email address).
  4. Click Update data to save your changes.
  1. In the Logo section, choose Add logo or Change.
  2. Drag a PNG or JPEG file into the window, or select a file.
  3. Save with Save logo.

Your logo then appears on your organization's appointment booking and appointment request pages.

Overview of the other settings

As an organization owner, you reach all of your organization's management areas from the sidebar:

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see the "Organization" menu item. Either the feature is not enabled for your account, or you are not set as an organization owner.
  • I can't save changes to the core details. Check that all required fields — facility name, address, contact email — are filled in.
