New design: sidebar navigation and interface

Tasks: keep track of what needs doing
- Create tasks, schedule them and assign them to team members.
- The My tasks and Created by me overviews show at a glance what is pending.
- The number of open tasks is shown directly in the navigation.
Secure documents: share confidential files safely
- Send confidential documents such as findings, reports or invoices securely to participants.
- Access works via a time-limited link plus a six-digit security code.
- All documents are stored encrypted.

Document upload by participants before the appointment
- Participants can send you documents such as referrals, previous findings or photos securely before the appointment – without an account of their own.
- The upload is protected by a six-digit security code that participants receive by email.
- Uploaded documents appear directly in the appointment details.
- You receive one summary email instead of a notification per file.

More stable video calls
- Improved audio transmission, especially on Safari and iOS devices.
- Much faster reconnection after short network problems.
- Long calls of more than two hours now run through reliably.
New appointment features rolling out gradually
- Permanent room: your permanent video room with an unchanging link – ideal for recurring calls, with no appointment needed. See Use a permanent room.
