If your organization requires participants to have a subscription, you manage it through a secure billing portal.

Prerequisites

This feature is only available if your organization requires participants to have a subscription. If that's not the case for your organization, you don't need a subscription, and the menu item described below won't appear for you.

How to manage your subscription

  1. Open your account menu at the top (your name or profile picture).
  2. Select Manage subscription.
  3. A new tab opens with our secure billing portal.
  4. There you can see your subscription status, the next renewal date, and your past invoices.
  5. Use the options in the portal to update your payment method or cancel or reactivate your subscription.

As long as you don't have a subscription yet, you'll be automatically prompted to start one when booking an appointment, sending a message, or requesting a prescription.

Troubleshooting

The "Manage subscription" menu item is missing - This item only appears if your organization requires a subscription and you already have an active one. Without an active subscription, you'll instead be prompted to start one.

A payment failed - Open Manage subscription and update your payment method directly in the billing portal.

I cancelled but want to continue - As long as your subscription hasn't fully expired yet, you can reactivate it in the billing portal via Manage subscription.
