On the Plan page, as an organization owner, you can see which plan is active for your organization, how many users it includes, and when it renews or ends.
Prerequisites
- You are set as an organization owner.
- The Organizations feature is enabled for your account.
View your current plan
- Open Organization > Plan.
- You'll see your plan's name, its billing interval, and, depending on your situation, the date of the next renewal, your contract's expiry date, or the end of your trial period.
- Below that, you'll see how many users (practitioners) your plan includes and how many are currently in use.
Current plans and what they include are listed on meetone.io. We don't list prices here, since they can change.
Change your plan or number of users
This self-service option is only available if your plan is enabled for it. If it isn't, the Plan page tells you that your plan is managed individually — in that case, contact our support team to make changes.
If self-service is available:
- Click Change plan.
- Choose an available plan and the number of users you need.
- Review the summary on the following page.
- Confirm the change.
You can increase the number of users at any time; the change takes effect immediately. A decrease takes effect on your next billing date and can be cancelled on the Plan page until then. The number of users cannot be reduced below the number of currently active practitioners.
During a trial period, the number of users is not capped; you set the licensed number only once you activate a plan.
Cancel your plan or revoke a cancellation
If your plan is enabled for self-service, you can also cancel it yourself. For the steps, the notice periods that apply, and how to revoke a cancellation you've already submitted, see Cancel or pause your organization subscription.
While a cancellation is pending, Change plan isn't available — revoke the cancellation first. You can still increase the number of users during this time, but no longer decrease it.
Manage your billing details
- Open Organization > Billing.
- Maintain your company name, address, contact email, and VAT ID.
- Save with Update data.
Troubleshooting
- The "Change plan" button is missing. Your plan is managed individually; contact our support team at support@meetone.io.
- The "Change plan" button is missing even though my plan is otherwise self-service. A cancellation is probably pending. Revoke it first — see Cancel or pause your organization subscription.
- I can't reduce the number of users. The new number cannot be lower than the number of currently active practitioners — deactivate accounts you no longer need first, see Invite and manage team members.
