Manage your profile and account settings

Your profile and account settings are where you manage your personal data, contact details, language and notifications.

How to edit your profile

Open Profile in the navigation.
Under Personal data, change your title, first name(s), last name, gender and date of birth.
Under Phone, add your phone number.
Under Address, keep your address up to date. For German addresses, you may be shown a suggested correction — you can accept it or keep your entry as typed (if enabled for your account).
Under Profile picture, upload or remove a profile picture.
If your organization offers online ordering for prescriptions, add a shipping address under Shipping address as well.

Open a section via Edit and save your changes with Save changes.

You change your email address under Credentials. After a change, you'll need to verify the new address via a confirmation link.

How to change language and notifications

Open Settings in the navigation.
Under Language, choose your preferred interface language (the available languages depend on your organization).
Under Notifications, turn desktop notifications for upcoming appointments on or off in your browser.

Your password and email verification are managed through separate account features.

How to delete your account

In the Account settings section of your profile, you can permanently delete your account. Since this step can't be undone, you confirm it with an extra input.

Common problems

New email address not working yet? Confirm the link from the verification email first.
Language not changing everywhere? The language setting applies to your current browser — sign in again after switching if some pages still show the old language.
Changes not saving? Check that you clicked Save changes in that section.
