You can delete your MeetOne account and the personal data linked to it yourself – directly in your account settings.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. Open your profile.
  2. Open the Account settings section.
  3. Click Delete account.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, type DELETE to confirm.
  5. Click Yes, delete my account.

You will then be signed out automatically.

What happens to my data?

  • Your account is deactivated immediately, and any upcoming appointments are cancelled automatically.
  • Your personal data is permanently erased after a defined retention period – including the treatment records stored in MeetOne, such as your participant record, prescriptions, and consents.
  • If your organization is legally required to retain treatment records, it must meet that obligation independently of your MeetOne account; deleting your account does not change it. Contact your organization directly with any questions about this.

It's best to let your organization know before you delete your account, so it can save any records it needs in time.
