When your practice issues you an electronic prescription, you'll find it in MeetOne under Prescriptions — if this feature is enabled for your account.

Finding your prescription

  1. You'll receive an email as soon as a prescription is ready for you.
  2. Open the link to your prescriptions in the email, or go directly to the Prescriptions section of your MeetOne account.
  3. The Open tab shows prescriptions that still need action; the Completed tab shows prescriptions you've already ordered or that have been processed.
  4. Open a prescription to see details such as medication, dosage and the prescribing practice.

The prescription's status is shown on its detail page, for example "Created", "Signed" or "Paid". You can't order a prescription until it has been signed.

Redeeming your prescription

Depending on how your practice is set up, a few options are available:

  • Order and pay online: If online ordering is enabled, you'll see an Order now button on the prescription detail page. Follow the checkout steps to pay — your medication is then shipped through a partner pharmacy. Afterwards, you can download an invoice via Download invoice.
  • Automatic forwarding to a pharmacy app: In some setups, your prescription is forwarded automatically to an external pharmacy app. You'll receive a separate email and redeem the prescription in that app.
  • In person at your practice or pharmacy: If online redemption isn't enabled, ask your practice how to redeem your prescription.

How to request another prescription

Need a new prescription, for example a repeat prescription? Use the Request prescription button on your dashboard. You'll fill out a short questionnaire that your practice then reviews. There may be a waiting period between requests.

Common problems

  • Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder and look directly under Prescriptions in your account.
  • Can't order your prescription? It first needs to be signed by your practice (status "Signed").
  • No order button visible? Online ordering may not be enabled for your practice — contact your practice in this case.
