If you can't log in to MeetOne, it's almost always one of a few common causes. Work through the points below in order.

You didn't receive a sign-in email

By default, MeetOne signs you in with a sign-in link sent to your email — not a password.

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Make sure the email address on your account is correct.
  3. Request a new sign-in link from the sign-in page. Older links expire after a short time, so always use the most recently sent one.

Wrong password

If you sign in with a password instead of the sign-in link:

  1. Click "Forgot password?" on the password sign-in page.
  2. You'll receive an email to reset your password.
  3. Set a new password and sign in again with it. Full guide: Forgot your password? How to reset it.

Watch out for capitalization and make sure Caps Lock is off. Copy and paste your email address and password where possible instead of typing them.

Email address not yet verified

New accounts, and any newly added email address, need to be verified once before you can sign in. More: Verify your email address.

  1. Look in your inbox for the email to verify your email address.
  2. If no email arrived, request a new verification email from the sign-in page.
  3. Check your spam folder here too.

Browser issues

  1. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser — MeetOne needs them to sign you in.
  2. Avoid private or incognito windows, since some browsers block cookies there.
  3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.
  4. Test with a different browser to rule out a browser-specific issue.
