Expected emails from MeetOne — such as appointment confirmations, message notifications, or the link to verify your email address — not arriving? Go through the points below.
Check your spam or junk folder
First, check your spam or junk folder. Emails from MeetOne are usually sent from an address like hello@meetone.io — if your organization uses custom branding, the sender may look different.
Add the sender to your contacts
Add the sender address to your address book or contact list. This reduces the chance that future emails land in spam.
Check the email address on your account
If your account has a misspelled email address stored, emails will never arrive.
- Open Profile from the main menu.
- In the Credentials section, check that your email address is stored correctly.
- If it's wrong, change it and confirm the new address via the link in the confirmation email.
Confirmation link expired
The link to confirm a new email address is valid for 2 days. If it has expired, simply request a new one — see Verify your email address for details.
Corporate or organization email filters
If you use a work email address (e.g. from a clinic or a company), internal spam or security filters may block emails from MeetOne.
- Ask your IT department to whitelist the MeetOne sender address.
- Alternatively, check whether a personal email address can be stored on your account instead.
Also check whether your mailbox is full — that can prevent new emails from arriving too.
