Is your Google, Outlook, or CalDAV calendar connected to MeetOne, but appointments aren't showing up, or only with a delay? This article is for professionals and covers the most common causes.

Prerequisites

This feature is available if appointment booking is enabled for your organization.

Checking connection status

At the top of your Week Planner, you can see at a glance whether your external calendars are synced:

  • "X calendars, synced": The connection is working.
  • "Sync error": There's a problem with at least one connection — usually an expired or revoked permission (see below).

Sync is slow or appointments are missing

External calendars sync automatically in the background on a regular basis. So when an appointment is newly created or changed, it can take a little while to show up in the external calendar, or vice versa.

  1. Wait a moment, then refresh the page.
  2. Turn the affected calendar off and back on in the Week Planner — this immediately triggers a new sync.

Connection has expired or was revoked

If access to your Google, Outlook, or CalDAV calendar was revoked externally (e.g. via Google's or Microsoft's account security settings) or the permission has expired, MeetOne shows a corresponding notice on the affected connection.

  1. Open Add external calendar in the Week Planner.
  2. Click Disconnect on the affected connection.
  3. Then click Connect again and confirm access with your calendar provider.

For detailed connection steps, see:

If connection problems persist, also check whether your calendar provider (Google or Microsoft) is currently reporting an outage.
