Pay for your prescription online

If your practice offers paid private prescriptions with online payment, you can pay for a signed prescription directly in MeetOne and have your medication delivered to your home.

Prerequisites

Your prescription must already be signed by your practice — only then can you order it.
A complete address in your profile. Orders are delivered to the shipping address saved there; if none is saved, to your home address. The invoice is always issued to your home address.

How to pay for your prescription online

Open the prescription you want under Prescriptions, or select several signed prescriptions using Select and pay for prescriptions.
Click Order now.
In the first step, choose how you'd like to redeem your private prescription.

Currently, only delivery by Shop Apotheke is available (delivery time usually 1–2 business days). Pickup at a pharmacy and receiving a paper prescription by mail are marked "Coming soon" in the interface and can't be selected yet.

Select the medications you want from the list.
Review the overview of estimated costs — which may include shipping, prescription, and/or consultation fees depending on your practice — and confirm.
Enter your payment details in the payment provider's secure payment form and complete the payment.

After payment

On your prescription's detail page, the Order tab shows the current status of your order, for example "Paid", "Submitted to fulfillment", or "Delivered". Once payment has gone through, you can download an invoice using Download Invoice.

Common problems

No "Order now" button visible? Your practice may not have enabled online ordering, or your prescription hasn't been signed yet.
Payment cancelled or failed? Open the prescription again — you can restart the payment from there.
Want delivery to a different address? Save a shipping address under Manage your profile and account settings before you order.
