Which browsers do I need?

We recommend up-to-date versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Mozilla Firefox. No additional software or app is required — MeetOne runs entirely in the browser. A few extras, such as background blur, are currently only available in Chrome and Edge.

Can my medical assistant manage appointments for me?

Yes, if enabled for your account. Users with the medical assistant role can have their own MeetOne account and, depending on your organization's configuration, create appointments, modify them, or otherwise support your schedule. Your organization controls the exact scope of their permissions.

Can I bill statutory health insurance for video consultations?

MeetOne is KBV-certified (Kassenärztliche Bundesvereinigung), which is the basis for billing video appointments to statutory health insurance. See What is KBV certification? for more detail. The actual billing is still carried out through your usual practice or billing software — MeetOne does not handle billing itself.
